Venkat Prabhu’s upcoming production venture, Kasada Tabara, directed by Imsai Arasan-fame Chimbu Deven, has piqued people's curiosity for the unique narration of its story, which is apparently split into six portions, with each portion boasting of different technicians.

The first look poster of the film, which sports the tagline 'Tales of South Madras', has now been released on Twitter by director AR Murugadoss. This poster revealed that the cast comprises Harish Kalyan, Shathnu, Sundeep Kishan, Venkat Prabhu, Premgi Amaren, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Vijayalakshmi, and Regina Cassandra. In addition to these actors, Kalaiyarasan, Tamizh Padam-fame Mirchi Shiva, Aravind Akash, Jai, and Janani Iyer are also said to be part of the film.

Director-composer Gangai Amaren, father of Venkat Prabhu, recently revealed the names of the six music directors — Yuvan Shankar Raja, Santhosh Narayanan, Sam CS, Sean Roldan, Premgi, and Ghibran — who will be working on the film.

Earlier, the six cinematographers of the film — Vijay Milton, MS Prabhu, Balasubramaniem, SR Kathiir, RD Rajashekar, and Sakthi Saravanan, and the six editors — Anthony, Praveen KL, Vivek Harshan, Mu Kasi Viswanathan, Raja Mohammed, and Ruben — were announced.

Jointly produced by Venkat Prabhu, under his Black Ticket Company banner, and Trident Arts, Kasada Tabara is expected to go on floors in the last week of July.
