Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi's thriller to start rolling on May 10

Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi's untitled mystery thriller, helmed by Rumi Jaffrey, will go on floors on May 10. Produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited, the film will be the first time the two stars will work together.

In a statement, the company announced, "We are extremely excited to commence the shoot of the film from May 10. Looking forward to seeing Mr Bachchan and Emraan onscreen for the first time. Given the subject of the film, I do believe we have a winner in our hands."

In an interview with Pune Mirror, producer Anand Pandit elaborated on the story. "It is a mystery-thriller that revolves around a group of friends, some of whom are retired lawyers. They meet at a bungalow in Shimla and play a psychological game. It’s an intriguing story with Bachchan saab as one of the lawyers, while Emraan plays a business tycoon. We are constructing a huge set of the bungalow at a Malad studio."

The film is scheduled to release on February 21, 2020.
