Music director Shabir joins Sivakarthikeyan's second production venture

The composer also has the upcoming horror thriller, Neeya 2, in the pipeline

Sivakarthikeyan's second production venture was wrapped up last month and the film is currently in the post-production stage. The latest update about the film is that music director Shabir, who recently composed for Santhanam-starrer, Dhilluku Dhuddhu 2, has been signed by the makers.

Also, we hear is that a bunch of YouTube stars have come together to be a part of a special song for this film. Tentatively titled Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu, the film is directed by Karthik Venugopalan of Black Sheep fame, and aside from the members of that channel, this song features other YouTubers like Nakkalites as well as reviewers Prashanth, Kodangi, and Karthik.

Starring TV actor Rio Raj in his debut as the lead, the film, said to be a fun entertainer, also features RJ Vignesh, who was last seen in Dev, Shirin Kanchwala, Radha Ravi and Nanjil Sampath.

Sivakarthikeyan's first film as a producer was last year's Aishwarya Rajesh-starrer Kanaa. Shabir, on the other hand, has the upcoming horror thriller, Neeya 2, in the pipeline.
