Pulkit Samrat has joined the cast of Bejoy Nambiar’s Taish. The revenge drama also stars Harshvardhan Rane, Jim Sarbh, Amit Sadh, and Neha Sharma. Set in London, the film is scheduled to go on floors in the first week of August.

“Pulkit plays a carefree guy with a passion for bikes and girls. Since the role required a certain graph, he has been concentrating on workshops and trying out different looks with his team as part of his prep,” a source said.

Bejoy Nambiar has previously directed the Hindi films, Shaitaan, David, and Wazir. His last directorial outing was the web series, Flip.

Taish is co-produced by Bejoy and Nishant Pitti. A release date for the film is yet to be announced.

Besides Taish, Pulkit, noted for his breakout performance in Fukrey and Fukrey Returns, will also be seen in Anees Bazmee’s Pagalpanti. The light-hearted comedy co-stars John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, and Ileana D’Cruz.
