The makers of Anthariksham 9000 kmph wrapped up the shooting of the film today. Starring Varun Tej, Aditi Rao Hydari and Lavanya Tripathi, the space film is being directed by Sankalp Reddy of Ghazi fame. Varun took to Twitter to share the news.

Anthariksham marks the second collaboration of Varun with producers Rajeev Reddy and Saibaba Jagarlamudi, after Kanche. Interestingly, the actor had undergone training in zero gravity and had gone the extra mile to perform the stunts without using a body double.

“Several Hollywood technicians spearheaded by Todor Petrov Lazarov have conceptualised the zero gravity sequences. Since these technicians won’t be available after the shoot, we have done a 3D scan of Varun Tej to recreate any CG, if need be,” says Rajeev Reddy.

Prashanth R Vihari is scoring the music and Gnana Shekar VS handles the camera. Anthariksham 9000 kmph is pitted against Mammootty’s Yatra on December 21.
