A lot of buzz has been created around Ambareesh’s son Abhishek Gowda’s debut. The latter had previously expressed his wish to enter tinsel town. Coming from a film background, it was obvious that speculations would arise regarding who will produce and helm the young actor’s first film. But putting all these speculations to rest is producer Sandesh Nagaraj, who told CE that Abhishek will be launched under his home banner.

In his formal announcement with CE, Sandesh Nagaraj says, “Abhishek’s debut will be the next project to going on floors from our banner Sandesh Productions, and  preparation work for it is currently going on.”

The film will be presented by Sandesh Nagaraj and produced by his son, Sandesh N. While 31 films were made under Sandesh Combines, Abhishek’s film will be second from Sandesh Productions after Airavatha

It was a matter of curiosity as to which Kannada director would helm Abhishek’s launch. “I am, as of now, considering two directors -- Pavan Wadeyar and Chethan Kumar. One of them will be finalised in the coming days, depending on the script and if other factors fall in place,” explains Sandesh.

Meanwhile, we hear that Abhishek is preparing and training to become an actor.
