It is Miranda Cosgrove's lifelong dream to go to Paris, France. A reality TV show offers her the chance, but she's taken to a local version of the city of love in the trailer for The Wrong Paris. Also starring Pierson Fodé, the rom-com comes from Janeen Damian, who previously helmed Lindsay Lohan's Irish Wish for the streamer.

The trailer features Dawn scheming a plot to travel to Paris through a reality TV show, where an arts degree is waiting for her. However, only as she begins participating does she realise that it is instead shot in Paris, Texas. As she regrets her decision, she tries to get eliminated from the show. But things start to get complicated as she starts developing feelings for Trey, the charming bachelor of the show.

The official synopsis of The Wrong Paris reads, "She signed up for Paris, France. She got Paris, Texas. In this feel-good Netflix romantic comedy, Miranda Cosgrove plays an aspiring artist who joins a dating show hoping for a free trip to Paris, France, but ends up just a few miles from her hometown in Paris, Texas. What starts as a plan to get eliminated takes an unexpected turn when sparks fly with the bachelor (Pierson Fodé)."

Madison Pettis, Torrance Coombs, Madeleine Arthur, Frances Fisher, Yvonne Orji, Hannah Stocking, Naika Toussaint, Christin Park, Veronica Long, Emilija Baranac, and Ava Bianchi, among others, round out the cast of The Wrong Paris.

The film is produced by Brad Krevoy of MPCA and Michael Damian, with executive producers including Janeen Damian, Amanda Phillips, Jimmy Townsend, Kelly Fraizer, and Galen Fletcher, who are all contributing to the project's development and success.

The film is all set to premiere on Netflix on September 12.
