
Netflix unveiled the trailer for the third and final season of their Emmy-winning series, Sweet Tooth, on Tuesday.
Sweet Tooth tells the story of Gus, a half-boy, half-deer child, who ventures out into a post-apocalyptic world after his father dies. Protected by a gruff wanderer, Gus encounters wonders and dangers as he searches for a new beginning, all while being hunted by those who see hybrids as the cure to a deadly disease.
In season three, after winning a big fight, Gus and his friends head to Alaska. They're on a mission to find Gus's mom, who's been researching the strange sickness that wiped out most of humanity. Meanwhile, Gus is considered to be the answer to save the world, one he has not seen.
The cast of Sweet Tooth includes Adeel Akhtar, Stefania LaVie Owen, Aliza Vellani, Naledi Murray, Marlon Williams, Christopher Sean Cooper Jr., and Yonas Kibreab. James Brolin will provide the narration. Cara Gee, Ayazhan Dalabayeva, Rosalind Chao, and Amy Seimetz are also part of the cast. Kelly Marie Tran was recently added to the cast for the third season.
Jim Mickle, Susan Downey, Robert Downey, Jr., Amanda Burrell, and Linda Moran are the executive producers of Sweet Tooth which is produced by Warner Bros. Television. Sweet Tooth is all set to premiere on Netflix on June 6.
