Netflix unveils first look of Keira Knightley's Black Doves 

As a part of Netflix's announcements with regards to their 2024 slate of originals, the streamer unveiled the first look of their upcoming series Black Doves starring Keira Knightley. Ben Whishaw, and Sarah Lancashire co-star as leads in the upcoming series. 

The official logline of Black Doves reads, "When a spy's secret lover is killed, an assassin is assigned to protect her life as she investigates the murder. Together they uncover a vast interconnected conspiracy that leads them to question the cost of their moral choices." 

Andrew Koji, Andrew Buchan, Omari Douglas, Kathryn Hunter, Sam Troughton, and Ella Lily Hyland, among others, form the supporting cast of the British spy-thriller series. 

Created by Joe Barton, Black Doves is backed by Sister and Noisy Bear for Netflix. Jane Featherstone and Chris Fry have executive produced the series along with Barton. The series was announced in April 2023 and was shot in London. 

A release date for Black Doves is yet to be announced.
