Ayelet Zurer to return as Vanessa Fisk in Daredevil: Born Again

Ayelet Zurer will make a comeback in the Disney+ follow-up series Daredevil: Born Again.

According to a recent behind-the-scenes photo shared on social media, Ayelet Zurer is starring alongside Vincent D’Onofrio as The Kingpin of New York.

In December 2022, it was reported that Sandrine Holt (Hostages, Better Call Saul) had been cast as Vanessa in Born Again, replacing Zurer who had taken on the role in the first and third seasons of the Netflix series. However, she has returned to don the role once again.

Charlie Cox and Jon Bernthal are also returning as Matt Murdock and Frank Castle. Elden Henson and Deborah Ann Woll will also be reprising their roles as Foggy Nelson and Karen Page.

Other cast members include Margarita Levieva, Michael Gandolfini, Genneya Walton, Nikki M. James, and Clark Johnson.

The upcoming Disney+ Marvel Cinematic Universe show, which is set to premiere in 2025, is a sequel to Daredevil, which ran on Netflix for three seasons between 2015 and 2018 as part of the Defenders universe that also included Jessica Jones and The Punisher.

The show is written by Matt Corman and Chris Ord, who will also serve as executive producers.
