Recently, we reported about Fahadh Faasil and Sshivada starring in a film, directed by C Prem Kumar of '96 and Meiyazhagan fame. The film marks her and Fahadh's first collaboration with the director. On Wednesday, Sshivada revealed through social media that she has completed dubbing for the film.
Sharing pictures from the dubbing studio and with Prem Kumar, the actor expressed his excitement over the collaboration. "I’m honestly so excited and eagerly waiting to see this beautiful project on screen. It was such a lovely, lovely experience working with you, Prem Sir and the entire team. Truly grateful to have been a part of this one," she wrote.
She also expressed her desire to reunite with the maker of the critically acclaimed films in the future. The actor added, "I’m really going to miss all our long arattais, the OCD discussions, the laughter and all those little fun moments… But I’m sure I’ll be disturbing you again soon Sir, to be a part of your future projects!"
In a recent interview with Galatta, Fahadh Faasil disclosed that production on the film has been completed and that further updates about it would be dropped in a month's time. "I am very excited about it as well," the actor said.
The upcoming film is expected to be the first time Fahadh and Sshivada share screen space. While they were part of the larger cast in anthologies such as Kerala Cafe (2009) and Manorathangal (2024), they appeared in different segments of those films. The actors were also part of the ensemble in Mahesh Narayanan's Patriot (L), but they had no shared screen space in it.
Coming back to the Prem Kumar film, it is produced by Ishari K Ganesh of Vels Film International. Chetan, Karunakaran, and Harish Uthaman are also part of the cast.
