Veteran filmmaker Vinayan is currently working on an ambitious fantasy film, which is being made in 3D format. In his latest social media post, the director announced that Hariss Kachanachery, a prominent businessman based in Dubai, has joined as the co-producer. His HK Films will be jointly backing the film with Akash Films.
Vinayan has hinted through posters that the new film will bring together the lead characters from his three popular films, Albhutha Dweep, Athishayan, and Aakasha Ganga. Pani-fame Sagar Surya and Guinness Pakru will headline the upcoming film, which also features around 200 actors with dwarfism. According to the makers, some other established young actors will also be part of the cast.
"The film is being made in 3D to offer the maximum number of viewers an immersive visual experience. Arriving with a distinct premise, this hybrid film is expected to be completed across three or four schedules," shared Vinayan on social media, adding that the title and other details regarding the project will be unveiled in November.
