On Wednesday, we reported about Arjun Rampal sharing his experience working with Mohanlal on the upcoming film Operation Ganga, directed by Vishnu Mohan. The film marks his debut in Malayalam cinema and his maiden collaboration with Mohanlal. Arjun called it an 'honour' and 'a privilege' to act with the "supremely talented and gifted" superstar, whom he described as being 'inspirational'. Actor Bhagyashri Borse echoed Arjun's sentiment and spoke about her experience working on the film, which marks her debut in Malayalam cinema as well.

Known for her roles in films such as Kaantha and Lenin, among others, Bhagyashri shared a photograph featuring her with the film's lead actor and wrote, "Dearest Mohanlal sir, to be your co-actor feels like a blessing. Every day of shoot, I get to see cinema through your eyes and learn from you.. you are truly gifted sir."

Operation Ganga is based on a 2022 India government mission to rescue its citizens stranded in Ukraine and the surrounding countries during the Russian invasion. Backed by producer Gokulam Gopalan under his Sree Gokulam Movies banner, it also stars Parthiban, who recently played a cameo as an erstwhile army officer in Pradhama Drishtiya Kuttakkar.

On the technical front, too, the film has Dhurandhar music director Shashwat Sachdev and the blockbuster Hindi film's stunt choreographer Sea Young Oh, Polish cinematographer Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, known for the Pushpa films, editor Shameer Muhammed, and production designer Rajeevan. Recently, director Vishnu Mohan told Cinema Express that such a big-scale film required a solid team of technicians. "This can't be made like a usual Malayalam film. So we took a lot of time to finalise the crew," the filmmaker said.

Coming back to Bhagyashri Borse, her upcoming projects also include Seyon, co-starring Sivakarthikeyan.
