Secret Stories: Roslin, which premiered recently on JioHotstar, might get a second season, hinted its writer Vinayak Sasikumar. In a recent interview, the lyricist-turned-scriptwriter said 'Roslin' is only the first chapter in the 'Secret Stories' series. Although he said the writing for the second season is yet to be completed, he added that some of the characters from 'Roslin' might make an appearance in the next story.
Secret Stories: Roslin is a mystery drama about a teenage girl being tormented by recurring nightmares of a stranger trying to harm her. Her fears compound when she feels stalked by him, before he ends up at her doorstep as the family’s new paying guest. Moothon-fame Sanjana Dipu, Hakim Shahjahan, Meena, and Vineeth play the major roles.
The first season is directed by Sumesh Nandakumar, a former associate of Jeethu Joseph. The latter is also credited as the showrunner of the six-episode series.
