Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is directed by Girish AD from a screenplay he has written with Kiran Josey. The film also stars Sangeeth Prathap, Suresh Krishna, Vinay Forrt , Roshan Shanavas, Shyam Mohan, Shameer Khan, Srinda, Parvathy Ayyappadas, Meenakshy Raveendran, Sreeranjini, Vineeth Viswam, Bindu Panicker, Vettukili Prakash, Thankam Mohan, Manjusree, Jayasankar Karimuttom, Abhiram, and Sanath Sivaraj.
It brings Girish back together with Mamitha Baiju and Sangeeth Prathap after collaborations on Super Sharanya (2022) and Premalu. Nivin and Mamitha previously starred together in 2023's Ramachandra Boss and Co, written and directed by Haneef Adeni.

In his recent conversation with Vanitha magazine, director Girish shared, "The romance between a couple with an age difference forms the core of the film." The film is set for an August 21 release in theatres.
