The first look of the JioHotstar series Secret Stories: Roslin was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. The show, featuring Moothon-fame Sanjana Dipu, Hakim Shahjahan, Vineeth and Meena in key roles, has Drishyam director Jeethu Joseph serving as the showrunner. The poster shows a tense Sanjana standing between Meena and Vineeth, who appear smiling and protective, in contrast to her uneasy expression. The lower portion of the poster also sees the figure of a man standing in front of a large villa.
Directed by debutant Sumesh Nandakumar, Secret Stories: Roslin is scripted by contemporary Malayalam lyricist Vinayak Sasikumar, marking his screenwriting debut. The series has cinematography by PM Unnikrishnan, music composed by Vishnu Shyam, and editing by Riyas K Badhar. Further details regarding its plot, genre and release plans are expected to be announced in the coming days.
JioHotstar also has several other Malayalam series in the pipeline as part of their upcoming slate in various stages of production. These include the third season of the hit series Kerala Crime Files, Midhun Manuel Thomas’s crime drama Anali, headlined by Leona Lishoy, and the Priya Prakash Varrier-Roshan Abdul Rahoof starrer Cousins and Kalyanam, among others.
