Nivin plays a hospital attendant who seems to be on the run after being accused of the child's kidnapping. Lijomol Jose and Sangeeth Prathap play other major characters who are also on the lookout for the child.
Baby Girl is directed by Arun Varma, who last made Garudan. Bobby-Sanjay is scripting the upcoming film, which also stars Abhimanyu Thilakan, Azees Nedumangad, Major Ravi, Nandu, Aditi Ravi, Sreejith Ravi, Jaffer Idukki, Alphy Panjikaran, Kaillash, Kichu Tellu, Nisha Sarang, Aswanth Lal, and Prem Prakash. The core technicians comprise cinematographer Faiz Siddik, music director Sam CS, and editor Shyjith Kumaran.
Baby Girl is set to hit screens on January 23, a day after the release of Chatha Pacha, a wrestling-based actioner headlined by Arjun Ashokan, Roshan Mathew, Vishak Nair, and Ishan Shoukath.
