Earlier today, Netflix India shared on social media some behind-the-scenes stills from Dinjith Ayyathan and Bahul Ramesh's film Eko, which hit the streamer on December 31 last year. "The frames of Eko are breathtaking on and off the screens," the streamer wrote while revealing that its Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi versions are now available. The release of the dubbed versions follows constant calls for the same from audiences wanting to watch the film outside the state.

The Eko BTS stills include some candid shots featuring the main cast, especially one with the protagonists played by Sandeep Pradeep and Biana Momin, seemingly captured from the location of the film's climax shot. These are the highest-quality available images from the behind-the-scenes work of the film thus far.

Dinjith Ayyathan: Attempting Eko before Kishkindha Kaandam would have meant compromises

The film revolves around the search for a mysterious man named Kuriachan (Saurabh Sachdeva) in the hill station by multiple characters, including but not limited to Sandeep's Peeyoos, Narain's Navykkaran, and Vineeth's Mohan Pothan. It has been shot on the hills of Idukki, capturing its pristine beauty. While there has been some divisive views about the film after its OTT release, netizens have been unanimous in their praise for its technical aspects. Undoubtedly, Eko boasts stunning visuals, shot by its screenwriter Bahul himself. The misty mountains and picturesque pastures add a sense of mystery and intrigue to the psychological thriller, helping enhance the cinematic effect, alongside composer Mujeeb Majeed's deeply immersive music.

The other day, the film's global box office collection crossed 50 crore. It reunited Bahul and Dinjith with the core technicians of their previous film Kishkindha Kaandam, including editor Sooraj ES, composer Mujeeb and art director Sajeesh Thamarassery. Besides the behind-the-scenes stills, some videos from the film's making are also doing the rounds on social media.
