The makers of Nivin Pauly’s upcoming thriller Baby Girl announced on Thursday that the film’s first look and motion poster will be released on September 5 at 10:10 am. Directed by Garudan (2023) filmmaker Arun Varma, it is scripted by acclaimed writing duo Bobby and Sanjay, whose previous credits include Traffic, Ayalum Njanum Thammil, Mumbai Police, and Kaanekkaane.

Baby Girl also features Lijomol Jose, Aditi Ravi, Premalu actor Sangeeth Prathap, Marco actor Abhimanyu Thilakan, Azees Nedumangad, and Aswanth Lal in key roles. Cinematographer Faiz Siddik, editor Shyjith Kumaran and composer Jakes Bejoy form the core technical crew. The film is produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames, marking his fifth collaboration with Nivin after Traffic, Thuramukham, Ramachandra Boss & Co, and Malayalee from India.

Alongside Baby Girl, Nivin has multiple projects lined up, including Akhil Sathyan’s second feature Sarvam Maya, Thamar K V’s Dolby Dineshan, Sandeep Kumar and George Philip Roy’s Dear Students, Adithyan Chandrasekhar’s Multiverse Manmadhan, Anuraj Manohar’s Shekhara Varma Rajavu, Abrid Shine’s sequel to Action Hero Biju, and an untitled project by debutant Aaryan Ramani Girijavallabhavan. He is also part of Ram’s Tamil film Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai and will make his web series debut with PR Arun’s Pharma for JioHotstar later this year.
