The other day, Kalabhavan Navas' children shared an emotional post on the late mimicry artist cum actor's official Instagram handle, offering details about his roles in two upcoming films. The post reveals that the last characters of their actor father, who passed away earlier this year following a heart attack, appear in the upcoming films Tiki Taka and Prakambanam. "In Tiki Taka, our father has done his role from the beginning to the end amazingly," the children's post said. They revealed that the actor has two scenes pending for the film's middle portions, including one fight sequence. They also disclosed that a body double is usually used for Kalabhavan Navas' fight sequences in films. "The film has superb making," they wrote before expressing their sense of relief at the fact that their father completed his other, more performative portions in Tiki Taka.
Directed by Rohith VS, Tiki Taka stars Asif Ali, Naslen, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sanchana Natarajan, and Lukman Avaran in key roles.
According to Kalabhavan Navas' children, the actor's other film Prakambanam also features him in a "different" role. Their post described it as "a pucca horror-comedy movie that is apt for the youth." Directed by Vijesh Panathur, Prakambanam features Ganapathi of Manjummel Boys fame and Pani star Sagar Surya, among others.
Towards the end of their note, the late actor's offspring expressed their desire to see Tiki Taka and Prakambanam attain success and asked for people's support for both films.
