

Gokul Suresh's long-delayed film Ambalamukkile Visheshangal, also featuring Lal and Ganapathi in the lead roles, is set for a theatrical release on December 5. The film was earlier slated to hit screens in 2021. It is directed by Jayaram Kailas, who previously helmed the 2015 film Akkaldhamayile Pennu.
Ambalamukkile Visheshangal, scripted by Umesh Krishnan, also stars Shaheen Siddique, Major Ravi, Sudheer Karamana, Murali Chand, Shaju Sreedhar, Noby Marcose, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Mareena Michael Kurisingal, Biju Kuttan, Aneesh G Menon, Vanitha Krishnachandran, Sunil Sukhada, Sajitha Madathil and Ullas Pandalam, among others. Produced by J Sarathchandran Nair under the banner of Chand Creations, the film has cinematography by Abdul Rahim, editing by Ranjan Abraham and music by Ranjin Raj, with an additional song composed by Arul Dev.
Gokul was last seen in Malikappuram director Vishnu Sasi Shankar's horror comedy Sumathi Valavu, alongside Arjun Ashokan, Balu Varghese and Malavika Manoj. The Gaganachari actor was previously in talks to play the antagonist’s role in the Fahadh Faasil-starrer Karate Chandran, though the current status of the film remains unknown.
