Dileep in Bha Bha Ba
Updated on:

The simultaneous release of big-ticket films on Christmas finally appears to be affecting the box office performance of Bha Bha Ba, starring Dileep and Mohanlal and directed by Dhananjay Shankar. While the film has been earning a domestic net collection of around 1 crore after the first four days, it has only minted 0.28 crore from Friday from theatres in India, December 26, according to Sacnilk data. The data from the industry tracker also shows that the film has earned a net collection of 21.18 crore from theatres in India so far. At the eight of the eight day, its worldwide collection stood at 41.55 crore, the industry tracker reported. While the rate of theatre occupancy saw an improvement on Thursday, it dropped from around 30 per cent to about 14 per cent, according to the data. The data excludes night shows, but even then, the collections are unlikely to jump to around 1 crore considering the fact that new films have released in Christmas.
