The makers of Biju Menon-Methil Devika starrer Kadha Innuvare have released the first single from the film. The song is titled 'Minnum Thaarangal', and is penned and composed by Ajeesh Dasan and Aswin Aryan respectively. Nithya Mammen and Kapil Kapilan have lent their voices for this song. Methil Devika, a renowned classical dancer, is making her acting debut with this film.
The film is written and directed by Vishnu Mohan, who won the National Award for Best Debut Film of a Director for Meppadiyan (2022).
Kadha Innuvare is billed as a feel-good entertainer exploring romantic relationships. In an earlier conversation with us, Vishnu mentioned that the film would be "relatable to everyone who has ever had a love story." It also stars Nikhila Vimal, Anu Mohan, Anusree, Hakkim Shahjahan, Siddique, Renji Panicker, Kottayam Ramesh, Krishna Prasad, Appunni Sasi, Kishore Satya, and Jordi Poonjar in prominent roles.
Kadha Innuvare has its cinematographer Jomon T John and editor Shameer Muhammed also involved in the film's production. Vishnu Mohan and Krishnamoorthy serve as the other producers, with Harris Desom and P B Anish credited as co-producers. The film's soundtrack is composed by Ashwin Aryan.
The film is all set to hit theatres on September 20.
