The makers of Pravin Koodu Shappu have released a new poster featuring its lead actors Soubin Shahir, Basil Joseph, Chemban Vinod Jose, and Chandini Sreedharan. Billed as a dark comedy, the film is written and directed by debutant Sreeraj Sreenivasan.
Pravin Koodu Shappu also stars Sivajith Padmanabhan, Shabareesh Varma, Niyas Backer, Revathi, Vijo Amaravathi, Ramkumar, Sandeep, and Prathapan KS, among others. On the technical front, the film has Shyju Khalid as the cinematographer, Vishnu Vijay as the composer, and Shafique Muhamed Ali as the editor. Produced by Anwar Rasheed, it is expected to hit screens in December.
Meanwhile, Soubin is also making his Tamil debut with Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Rajinikanth. In Malayalam, he has Machante Malakha awaiting release.
Basil will next appear in MC Jithin's Sookshmadarshini, opposite Nazriya Nazim. The film, jointly scripted by Libin TB and Athul Ramachandran, is scheduled for a November 22 release. The Falimy actor also has Jothish Shankar's Ponman and Sivaprasad's Marana Mass lined up.
Chemban was last seen in Anchakkallakokkan, while Chandini’s most recent role was in Pani.
