The makers of Arjun Ashokan's Anand Sreebala have announced November 15 as the film's release date. Vishnu Vinay, son of veteran filmmaker Vinayan, is making his directorial debut with this mystery thriller. Malikappuram-fame Abhilash Pillai has scripted this film based on true events. From the recently released teaser, the film promises to be a thriller centred on a police investigation.
While Arjun Ashokan plays the titular role, Anand Sreebala has veteran actor Sangeetha in a prominent role. She made her comeback last year with the Tinu Pappachan directorial Chaaver. Others in the cast include Aparna Das, Sangeetha, Saiju Kurup, Siddique, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Sshivada, Asha Sarath, Indrans, Malavika Manoj, Manoj KU, Krishna, Nandu, Azees Nedumangad, Jayakrishnan, Nandan Unni, and Thusara Pillai.
Anand Sreebala has Chandrakanth Madhavan as the cinematographer, Kiran Das as the editor, and Ranjin Raj as the music director. It is jointly produced by Priya Venu and Neeta Pinto, bringing together Kavya Film Company and Aan Mega Media once again following their successful collaboration in Malikappuram.
Arjun Ashokan also has Anpodu Kanmani, Bromance and Ennu Swantham Punyalan in the lineup.
