The makers of Amal Neerad's Bougainvillea have dropped the lyric video of the second single titled 'Maravikale'. The sombre melody, composed by Sushin Shyam and penned by Rafeeq Ahammed, is sung by Madhuvanthi Narayan. The film is slated to hit theatres worldwide on October 17. The film is headlined by Kunchacko Boban, Jyothirmayi and Fahadh Faasil.
The cast of Bougainvillea also includes Sharaf U Dheen, Veena Nandakumar and Srinda in significant roles. The film also marks the return of Jyothirmayi, who is married to Amal, after a break of over a decade. It has been jointly scripted by novelist Lajo Jose and Amal Neerad, with additional dialogues contributed by R J Murugan, known for his work on Amal's previous film Bheeshma Parvam.
Bougainvillea is bankrolled by Jyothirmayi and Kunchacko Boban under the banners of Amal Neerad Productions and Udaya Pictures, respectively. The director has retained nearly the same technical team from his last project, including cinematographer Anend C Chandran, editor Vivek Harshan, and composer Sushin Shyam.
