Earlier, we reported that Indrajith Sukumaran will be portraying a police officer in debutant Jithin T Suresh’s upcoming investigative thriller, produced by Remosh MS under the banner of Remo Entertainmentz. On Sunday, the makers unveiled a new teaser and announced that the film has been titled Dheeram. Its screenplay is by Deepu S Nair and Sandeep Sadanandan, who previously penned Dhyan Sreenivasan’s Ore Mukham and the recently released Pushpaka Vimanam.
Dheeram carries the tagline, "For every crime, there's a punishment." Planned to begin shooting in December, the film also features Aju Varghese, Divya Pillai, Vijayaraghavan, and Reba Monica John in prominent roles. Its technical team includes cinematographer Sougandh Su, editor Nagooran Ramachandran, and music director Manikandan Ayyappa.
Indrajith, who was last seen in the Telugu web series Brinda, also has Deepu Karunakaran's Mr and Mrs Bachelor awaiting release. Additionally, he will reprise his role as Govardhan from Lucifer in the second instalment of the franchise titled L2: Empuraan, slated to hit theatres on March 27, 2025. The actor also recently completed filming for his Hindi debut feature, directed by Anurag Kashyap.
