The makers of the upcoming Dev Mohan-starrer Parakramam have announced that the film will be released in theatres this November, though an exact date has not yet been specified. Along with the announcement, a new poster has also been unveiled. Written and directed by debutant Arjun Ramesh, it features Sona Olickal as the female lead.
Parakramam also stars Renji Panicker, Sangita, and Vaazha actors Siju Sunny, Joemon Jyothir, and Amith Mohan Rajeshwari in prominent roles. On the technical side, the film has cinematographer Salu K Thomas, editor Kiras Das, and music director Anoop Nirichan. It is produced by Millennial Films, with Harris Desom serving as the executive producer.
Dev, best known for his debut film Sufiyum Sujatayum (2020), was last seen in the 2023 film Pulli. The actor also starred alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the Telugu film Shaakuntalam (2023), a fantasy period epic where he portrayed King Dushyanta. Dev will soon appear opposite Pushpa actor Rashmika Mandanna in the upcoming Telugu film Rainbow.
