'Vatteppam' song from Mandakini is out

On Thursday, the makers of Mandakini released a song titled 'Vatteppam'. Composed by Bibin Ashok, with lyrics penned by Vaisakh Sugunan, the song has been sung by Dabzee. The film, headlined by Althaf Salim and Anarkali Marikar, is written and directed by debutant Vinod Leela.

Mandakini, which features the lead actors as a married couple, also stars Lal Jose, Jude Anthany Joseph, Ajai Vasudev, Jeo Baby, Ganapathi, Saritha Kukku, Jaffer Idukki, Ashwathy Sreekanth, and Vineeth Thattil in prominent roles. Produced by Sanju Unnithan, it has cinematography by Shiju M Bhaskar, editing by Sheril, and music by Bibin Ashok.

Meanwhile, Althaf is currently shooting his sophomore directorial Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira, which stars Fahadh Faasil and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead roles. He made his directorial debut with the Nivin Pauly-starrer Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela (2017).

On the other hand, Anarkali is awaiting the release of her upcoming film Gaganachari, directed by Arun Chandu, alongside Gokul Suresh and Aju Varghese.
