During a recent media interaction for the promotions of Aadujeevitham, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran has confirmed to join hands with the coveted director Khalid Rahman. Prithviraj also remembered how he urged his co-producers in August Cinemas to back Khalid's directorial debut, Anuraga Karikkin Vellam (2016), after being impressed by the youngster's stint as an associate director in Sapthamashree Thaskaraha (2014).

Lately, Khalid has been in the limelight for his noteworthy presence as an actor in Chidambaram's record-breaking blockbuster, Manjummel Boys. Meanwhile, the Thallumaala-director is also prepping up for his upcoming action flick featuring Naslen K Gafoor and Lukman Avaran in the lead roles. It is produced by Vishnu Venu, who earlier backed Kappela and Ela Veezha Poonchira

Besides Aadujeevitham, set to release on March 28, Prithviraj's upcoming lineup includes Ali Abbas Zafar's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Vipin Das' Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil, and Jayan Nambiar's Vilayath Budha. Additionally, he's also occupied with directing Empuraan, the highly anticipated sequel to Lucifer.
