The trailer of Ullozhukku, starring Parvathy and Urvashi, will be out on Monday. The film is directed by Christo Tomy, best known for helming Netflix's true-crime documentary Curry & Cyanide: The Jolly Joseph Case. Earlier, Christo won two National awards for his short films Kamuki (Sweetheart) and Kanyaka (Virgin).

According to the makers, Ullozhukku is a drama about lies and deceits in a family and how it affects relationships. As per the official logline, "It's the story of a family forced to wait for the floodwaters to subside to bury their loved one, but as they wait, many secrets and lies surface, questioning the very foundation of the family."

Ullozhukku has Parvathy playing a widow and Urvashi as her mother-in-law. Prashant Murali essays the role of Parvathy's husband in the film. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Honey Trehan and Abhishek Chaubey under their banners RSVP and the MacGuffin Pictures, the film is set for release on June 21.
