As previously reported, Mubin M Rafi, the son of the famous writer-director Raffi, is set to make his acting debut in an upcoming Malayalam film directed by Nadirshah. Recently, the filmmakers unveiled the first-look poster of the film, titled Once Upon a Time in Kochi, on Saturday.
Besides Mubin M Rafi, the upcoming film also stars Njan Prakashan-fame, Devika Sanjay, Arjun Ashokan and Shine Tom Chacko.
The film is backed by Kalandoor Entertainment, marking it as their second production, with the first being Omar Lulu's directorial Nalla Samayam.
The technical crew of Sambavam Nadanna Rathriyil comprises Shaji Kumar as the cinematographer, while Shameer Muhammed handles the edits. The film has music composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
Meanwhile, Nadirshah's last release was the Jayasurya-starrer Eesho, which had a direct digital premiere on SonyLIV. Earlier this year, the Amar Akbar Anthony helmer also announced a new project with the writer duo Bibin George and Vishnu Unnikrishnan.
