Nadikar Trailer switches between the on and off screen persona of Tovino in the film

Trailer of Nadikar, starring Tovino Thomas, has dropped on the internet on Saturday.

The over two-minute trailer video shows what kind of an actor Tovino plays and how is he as a person off the camera, which is not very desirable. Actress Bhavana's character calls Tovino's character an "insensitive, self-occupied prick" accentuates the difference between the actor and the person.

Nadikar, directed by Lal Jr., has Suvin Somasekharan as its screenwriter. The film has editing by Ratheesh Raj and cinematography by Alby. Allan Antony, Anoop Venugopal, Y Naveen, and Y Ravi Shankar produced it. Mythri Movie Makers and Godspeed Cinema are the production banners for the film. It is slated for a May 3 release.

The film's title was changed from Nadikar Thilakam out of reverence for Sivaji Ganesan.
