On the occasion of Vishu, the makers of the upcoming Fahadh Faasil-starrer Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum shared its trailer. The film marks the directorial debut of Akhil Sathyan, the son of veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad.

Similar to his father's films, Akhil's maiden film also has a feel-good nature as is evident from the trailer. Notably, Akhil's twin brother Anoop Sathyan's debut film Varane Avashyamund was also a feel-good entertainer.

From the trailer of Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum, we learn that the story revolves primarily around Fahadh's character Prashanth aka Pachu. He seems to be a medical representative who has a way with people. It is evident from the dialogue, "Pachu has some special technique that keeps us happy." The trailer also suggests that the narrative travels along with him to different terrains, including Mumbai and Goa. Along with Fahadh, there is an elaborate supporting cast, which includes the late Innocent. Viji Venkatesh, Anjana Jayaprakash, Dhwani Rajesh, Mukesh, Vineeth, Indrans, Althaf Salim, Mohan Agashe, Chhaya Kadam, Piyush Kumar, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, and Avyukth Menon are the others in the cast.

Apart from scripting and directing, Akhil is also editing the film. Sethu Manarkad of Full Moon Cinemas, who also produced Sathyan Anthikkad's Njan Prakashan and Jomonte Suvisheshaangal, is backing the film.

Ambili-fame Sharan Velayudhan is the director of photography and popular Tamil composer Justin Prabhakaran is handling the music.

Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum is confirmed to hit screens on April 28.
