RDX enters the 100 crore club

Ahead of RDX's digital release on Sunday, Weekend Blockbusters, the banner backing the film, have announced its entry to the elite 100 crore club. It is claimed that the film's overall business has crossed the three figure mark. In a brief social media note thanking the audience, it is written, "RDX has touched the golden 100 Crore mark in business collection. The journey's been emotional, and your unwavering love carried us through every high and low. RDX will start its journey on Netflix from tomorrow. Thank you for being our strength".

RDX, directed by debutant Nahas Hidhayath, is an action film headlined by Shane Nigam, Antony Varghese and Neeraj Madhav. Adarsh Sukumaran and Shabas Rasheed have scripted the film, which tells the story of three skilled martial artists, who part ways at one point in their life and later reunite to fight a common enemy. Babu Antony, Lal, Vishnu Agasthya, Mahima Nambiar and Aima Rosy Sebastian also play main roles in the film.

Hitting screens last month during the Onam season, RDX enjoyed a glorious theatrical run despite competing with biggies like Dulquer Salmaan's King of Kotha and Nivin Pauly's Ramachandra Boss and Co.
