Manju Warrier's Footage begins

As reported earlier, Manju Warrier is headlining Malayalam's first found-footage film, Footage. Editor Saiju Sreedharan is making his directorial debut with this film. He is noted for his works in films like Mayaanadhi, Kumablangi Nights and Anjaam Pathiraa. Saiju is co-scripting Footage with Shabna Mohammed, who earlier penned the screenplay for Vaanku.

Footage also stars Visakh Nair and Gayathri Ashok in prominent roles. Since it's a challenging film to execute, the team had been involved in acting workshops and other preps for over a month. Bineesh Chandran and Saiju Sreedharan are producing the film under the banners of Movie Bucket, Cast n' Co Entertainment, and Pale Blue Dot Pictures.

Manju Warrier, last seen in Vellari Pattanam, has her Hindi debut, Amriki Pandit, also starring R Madhavan, in the pipeline.
