Actor Bala was admitted to the gastroenterology department of Amrita hospital in Cochin due to a liver-related illness. Producer Badushah, actor Unni Mukundan and director Vishnu Mohan visited the actor at the hospital. Badhusha, in his Facebook post, advised people not to spread rumours and asserted that there was nothing much to worry about.
According to reports, Bala underwent treatment for liver ailments in the same hospital a week ago.
Taking Facebook, Badhusha wrote in Malayalam, which translates as, "Unni Mukundan, me, Vishnu Mohan, Swaraj and Vipin came to Amrita hospital today and visited actor Bala. Bala has spoken to everyone, and there are no other issues now. His brother Siva is coming from Chennai. The doctors will officially disclose other things later. Please don't spread any false news. "
Meanwhile, Bala was last seen in Unnimukundan-starrer Shafeeqinte Santhosham. After the film's release, Bala alleged that he hadn't received any remuneration. But later, Unni Mukundan refuted the allegation.
