For the occasion of Christmas, the makers of upcoming Malayalam film Malaikottai Vaaliban released a new poster. The film, headlined by Mohanlal, is set to release in theatres on January 25.
The new poster shows Mohanlal who is sitting on the ground, surrounded by men fashioned to sit in concentric circles as all of them bow down to him. Directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, the film is of the most ambitious projects in Mohanlal. Malaikottai Vaaliban will mark the actor’s first collaboration with the director.
It was earlier reported that in the film, Mohanlal will be playing the role of a wrestler from the pre-Independence era. The cast of the film also includes Sonalee Kulkarni, Hareesh Peradi, Manoj Moses, Katha Nandi, Danish Sait and Manikandan Achari.
