Shahi Kabir denies teaming up with Pranav Mohanlal

Ever since the release of Hridayam, there have been several speculations about Pranav Mohanlal's next. Recently, there were reports about Shahi Kabir collaborating with Pranav Mohanlal. However, when we contacted Shahi, he denied the news. He said, "I would love to work with Pranav, but I haven't had any talks with him yet. I'm still trying to put together my next, which is quite an ambitious project."

Shahi, a real-life policeman, is noted for scripting cop stories like Joseph and Nayattu. He made his directorial debut with Ela Veezha Poonchira, a murder mystery, which also revolves around a few policemen. After its recent digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video, the film has been getting a lot of appreciation.

Meanwhile, there are also reports about Pranav Mohanlal reuniting with Hridayam director Vineeth Sreenivasan, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
