The release date has been locked for the Kannada film Hubballi Hunters, produced by Santosh Kumar KC of Bell Bottom fame. Directed by Samarth B Kadakol, who earlier helmed the Diganth-starrer Edagaiye Apaghatakke Kaarana, the film is scheduled to hit theatres across Karnataka on December 11.
In another major update from the makers, Rishab Shetty's audio label, Rishab Shetty Music, has acquired the film's music rights. Rishab had previously played the lead in Santosh Kumar’s Bell Bottom, and his backing through his music label adds notable weight and visibility to the soundtrack.
The film has music composed by Prasanna Keshava, while Sujith Nair has handled the background score. The tracks feature vocals by singers including Vijay Prakash and Vyasraj Sosale, with lyrics penned by V Nagendra Prasad and Trilok Trivikram. On the technical front, Abhimanyu Sadanandan is the cinematographer and Dharani Gangeputra is the art director. With theatrical preparations underway, the team plans to release the teaser and audio tracks soon under the Rishab Shetty Music banner.
