The makers of Raashi, starring Aditya Shashikumar, son of 'Supreme Hero' Shashikumar, are gearing up for the film's theatrical release on November 13. Ahead of its release, the team has introduced a distinctive promotional effort by dropping four songs bundled together under the title 'Feel of Raashi'.
Breaking away from standard standalone single rollouts, director Vijay Palegar—who has also penned the lyrics and composed the music—assembled the four-track showcase featuring vocals by notable playback singers. Released on the D Beats Music YouTube channel, the collection aims to offer listeners a thematic preview of the film’s musical landscape.
Produced by Akhilesh M under the Dhuvan Films banner, Raashi comes from the team that recently delivered Premada Oorali. Described as a family entertainer that blends romance, comedy, and emotional drama, the film has story penned by producer Akhilesh M himself, while Vijay Palegar has handled the screenplay alongside direction.
The film features Samiksha as the female lead opposite Aditya Shashikumar. The supporting cast includes an ensemble line-up featuring Ramesh Indira, Tabla Nani, Veena Sundar, Manju Pavagada, Kari Subbu, Vinod Gobbaragala, Huli Karthik, Vardhan Theerthahalli, Ugramm Ravi, and Bhajarangi Prasanna.
On the technical front, Raashi features cinematography by Naveen Surya, editing by KM Prakash, and art direction by Mahesh Sathanur.
