The actor recently shared that he had almost drifted away from writing songs, caught up with acting commitments, production work, and business responsibilities. It was the director who encouraged him to write for the film, despite his initial hesitation.
The result is a song built on simple emotions and familiar memories. Instead of leaning on heavy words, the lyrics capture the warmth, affection, and comfort associated with mothers and childhood. The track reportedly grew from conversations and emotions Dhananjay personally connected with.
Over the years, the actor has often spoken about his close bond with his mother, Savitramma, and the influence of growing up in a family surrounded by women. That personal connection seems to have naturally found its way into 'Nene Beku Amma'.
