Hombale Music has released the music video 'Krishna Enabarade' on the occasion of Ram Navami, presenting a visually striking take on Indian mythology. The track goes beyond a conventional devotional number, blending familiar mythological references with a contemporary visual style that leans on technology without losing its cultural grounding.
The video revisits well-known episodes associated with Lord Krishna, including the Kalki avatar and the Kalinga Mardana sequence. These moments are recreated with the help of advanced VFX, giving them a sense of scale and immediacy that feels in tune with today’s viewing sensibilities. At the same time, the storytelling remains rooted in tradition, making the piece accessible to a wide audience.
The project is conceptualised by Hombale Music, with music and lyrics by Aniruddha Shastry, who also handles composition and programming. Vocals by Vijay Prakash, Aniruddha Sastry and Narahari Achar bring a layered quality to the track, balancing devotion with musical richness. A rap segment by Meg-a-Watt adds a contemporary flavour, while violinist Shandilya Pisapati’s portions lend the song an emotive lift.
The visuals have been executed by Astra Studios under the creative direction of Meghraj and Suneeth Shetty, who shape the overall look and feel of the video with a focus on detail and scale. The result is a music video that tries to bridge generations, bringing mythological storytelling closer to younger viewers while retaining its essence.
With 'Krishna Enabarade', Hombale Music continues to explore ways of presenting Indian cultural themes with a modern touch. The video has already begun to draw attention online for its visual appeal and the way it reimagines familiar stories.
