Actor Jr NTR connected warmly with fans during his recent visit to Bengaluru. He surprised the crowd by speaking a few lines in Kannada and sharing his personal ties to the state.

The actor attended the opening of a new facility by KIMS Hospitals in Mahadevapura as the chief guest. While addressing the audience, NTR expressed how every visit to Karnataka is emotionally significant for him. He noted that his mother is from Kundapura and said that coming to the state feels like going back to his maternal home. “Whenever I come to Bengaluru or anywhere in Karnataka, it feels like I’ve come from my father’s house to my mother’s home,” he remarked, earning loud cheers from the crowd.

Fans gathered in large numbers to see the star, with many waiting for hours along the roads leading to the venue. As soon as NTR arrived, chants of “Tiger… Tiger” filled the area, turning it into a lively celebration.

However, the massive turnout caused significant traffic congestion around Mahadevapura and Electronic City. Vehicles were lined up for nearly five kilometers, which created problems for commuters. Since the number of fans was higher than police estimates, authorities had to implement extra measures to control the crowd. Police officers worked to ease the traffic and, in some cases, used a mild lathi charge to restore order.
