Karavali has begun its journey on a positive note even before its theatrical release on July 24. The makers organised premiere screenings in Mangaluru, Shivamogga, Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Davanagere, where the Prajwal Devaraj and Raj B Shetty-starrer received an encouraging response from audiences.

The strongest reactions came from Mangaluru and Shivamogga. While audiences in Mangaluru connected with the film's emotional core and its rooted storytelling, viewers in Shivamogga enjoyed its blend of drama, action, and commercial elements, calling it an engaging theatrical experience.

Among the highlights, characters such as Mahabala and Maveera have emerged as clear favourites. Several viewers singled them out for their impact on the narrative, making them one of the biggest talking points after the screenings.

Directed by Gurudatha Ganiga, Karavali has also earned praise for its technical finesse and performances. Audiences appreciated the film's authentic depiction of coastal Karnataka, while the performances of Prajwal Devaraj and Raj B Shetty received special mention.

The warm reception from the premiere shows has left the film's team delighted and has further raised expectations ahead of its statewide release.

Produced by Ganiga Films in association with VK Film Association, the film also stars Sampada, Sushmitha Bhat, Mithra, Ramesh Indira, and Sridhar in key roles.
