Hubballi Hunters, backed by Bell Bottom producer Santosh Kumar KC under his Golden Horse Cinema banner, has completed its first schedule of shooting. Directed by Samarth B Kadkol of Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana fame, the film is set against the cultural backdrop of North Karnataka and aims to capture the region’s unique flavour and essence.
The film features Pramod Shetty in the lead, with Mahanati-fame Dhanyashree Sujith playing a prominent role. Several well-known content creators from across India are also part of the cast. The team recently completed a 14-day shooting schedule in Hubballi after launching the project with a muhurta ceremony in the city. The second schedule of production for Hubballi Hunters is expected to begin in March.
The story is written by Samarth, with dialogues by Rahul V Parvatikar, Amit Karvkar and Chetan Marambid. Cinematography is handled by Abhimanyu Sadanandan, while the music is composed by Prasanna Keshava. The film is being positioned as an engaging entertainer with elements of regional storytelling.
