Vijay Raghavendra is set to return as a police officer with Second Case of Seetharam, a suspense thriller directed by Devi Prasad Shetty. The film continues the Seetharam Binoy: Case No 18 universe, and its recently released trailer has already sparked curiosity among audiences. Known for his gripping investigative narratives, Shetty revisits the world of Seetharam with a fresh case, with Vijay once again donning the khaki to unravel a layered mystery.
Vijay Raghavendra says the Seetharam Binoy franchise holds special significance in his career, noting that the first film gave him strong creative momentum, particularly through its writing and presentation. After Case of Kondana, the team has now returned to the Seetharam universe with renewed focus. The actor credits Devi Prasad Shetty for developing a solid script and acknowledges producer Sathwik Hebbar’s support, adding that the film took shape through the collective passion of the team. He also points out that Navaneeth Shyam’s music plays a crucial role in building the film’s mood, while filmmaker Pawan Wadeyar has come on board to support and present the project.

He says Second Case of Seetharam has been made with strong preparation and conviction from the director and producers. Having watched the rough cut, Wadeyar adds that the film’s treatment impressed him and that it stands apart in the suspense thriller space, best experienced rather than explained.
Second Case of Seetharam is produced under the Flying Elephant Storytellers banner by Devi Prasad Shetty and Sathwik Hebbar. The film also features Gopal Krishna Deshpande in a prominent role. Cinematography is by Hemanth Acharya, with music composed by Navaneeth Shyam.
