

Team Udaala have started their journey to the big screen with the release of the first song, ‘Hodi Shavigyaga Majgi,’ and it has drawn attention for its local flavour and catchy energy. The chart-topping number has also become a social media sensation, inspiring several reels and covers.
Following the warm reception to the first track and teaser, the makers are set to release the second song soon. The makers also announced that Udaala will hit theatres on November 14.
Produced under the banners of Yogaraj Cinemas and Ravi Shamanur Films, Udaala brings together Ravi Shamanur and Yogaraj Bhat once again after their earlier collaboration on Padhavi Poorva. The film is directed by Amol Patil, who has previously worked as an associate with Yogaraj Bhat, and features Padavi Poorva actor Prithvi Shamanur in the lead.
The film’s teaser has already sparked curiosity with its vibrant visuals and refreshing tone.
Music plays a central role in Udaala. The album features five songs written by Yogaraj Bhat, with music by Chetan Davy. The first single, ‘Hodi Shavigyaga Majgi,’ sung by Srushti Shamanur and Malu Nipnal, celebrates the distinct flavour of North Karnataka with its earthy language and playful rhythm.
Udaala stars Hrithika Srinivas as the female lead and features an ensemble cast that includes Bala Rajwadi, Harish Hiryur, Biradar, Govindegowda, Wadiraj Babbladi, Renuka, Shilpa Shantakumar, and Sonia.
Blending humour, romance, and mystery, Udaala aims to capture the quirks and emotions of small-town life. The film’s technical team includes Shivashankar Noorambad as the cinematographer, Madhu Thumbakere as the editor, and Arjun Raj and Vinod, known for Kantara, handling action. Choreography is by Bhajarangi Mohan and Raghu, with major portions filmed in and around Vijayapura.
