Actor Dhruva Sarja drew attention at the song launch event of The Task, the upcoming action thriller, directed by Raghu Shivamogga. Dhruva released the energetic semi-rap track Saguva Dariya Thumbaa, composed by Judah Sandy.
Impressed by the song, Dhruva said, “The tune is fresh and powerful. Sandy has given it a unique touch.” He noted that the film’s teaser suggests it will be an engaging action thriller and encouraged audiences to support new talent. “Two new heroes are being introduced through The Task. I request Kannada film lovers to support the movie when it releases on November 21. I’ll be there on the first day, first show,” he said.
Director Raghu Shivamogga, known for Churikatte, expressed his gratitude to the team, including producers Vijay Kumar and Ramanna. He promised that The Task will offer something new to the audience. “The teaser and song have done their job. Now, it’s time for the film to speak,” he remarked.
The Task stars Jayasurya R Azad of Bheema fame and Sagar Ram from Pentagon, along with child actor Baby Sri Lakshmi. Raghu Shivamogga also plays a key role. The cast includes experienced performers like Achyuth Kumar, Srilakshmi, Gopalkrishna Deshpande, Aravind Kuplikar, Harini Srikanth, Sampath Maitreya, Balaji Manohar, and BM Giriraj.
Backed by Lokapoojya Picture House, the film’s title and teaser have already sparked interest among audiences. With its captivating visuals, raw energy, and now, Dhruva’s encouraging words, The Task hopes to be the standout among the slew of films hitting the screens on November 21.
