Vijay N, the director of films like Geetha and Hoysala, is set to launch a new hero, Hemanth Kumar, in his latest action-packed drama titled Alpha, with the interesting tagline, Men Love Violence. Along with action, Vijay's film reportedly blends deep emotional moments, particularly focusing on the powerful bond between a father and his son. The makers have already released the first look, featuring Hemanth Kumar in a rugged, intense avatar. According to reports, the plot revolves around thrilling action sequences and a crime story. The title Alpha was chosen to symbolise the dominance of three key characters at the heart of the story, while the subtitle Men Love Violence hints at the raw emotion and power driving the film’s plot.
This film also marks the debut of producer Anand Kumar, with the project being produced under the LA Banner.
Hemanth Kumar, thrilled about his debut, has spared no effort in preparing for his role. He has trained under director and actor Raghu Shivamogga, worked on fight choreography with Arjun, and sharpened his dance moves with Bhushan Master’s wife. Additionally, he has undergone rigorous martial arts training to enhance his performance.
The film boasts Karthik’s stunning cinematography, music by Anoop Seelin, and dialogues penned by Masthi. The shooting is set to begin in March.
